I bought a Vertuo Pop+ Deluxe for my place (fancy) and it came with this extra piece that actually has WALLS to catch the pods. My girlfriend’s regular Pop+ does not have that extra insert so all her pods just fall down. I want to know what this piece is called so I can try to find one and buy it for her machine (if they sell one by itself)

I don’t know what they’re called but I love that you named it Nessie !!

Capsule container or capsule collection container

It’s like a strainer or drip tray. I believe it’s so the pods dry out better after use.

I’m not sure what it’s called, but my husband once threw ours away without realizing it. I wrote to Nespresso and was able to buy one directly from them! Use their chat feature and ask about it!

I call it the thing that fills up too dang fast.

Wait I have a pop plus and don’t have that wall part either!! Every time I open it my pods fly out and it’s driving me bananas! I thought it was just a bad design choice for this machine because my friends with other machines have walls on theirs.

PLEASE someone tag me if they find a way to order the missing piece

I thought all the machines had the capsule container?

My three year old calls it the “tiny trash can” and loves emptying it for me.

    Podcatcher?

Edit: Hell. Now I’m compelled to name mine. I call my work one “Clooney”.

The thingie that catches empty capsules.

EBay claims it’s a drip pod catcher. Selling for $33.99, I think. For the Pop+

Capsule collector. I bought a 2nd one at a Nespresso house today, so my price would be above $70 to get 2 free Nespresso mugs and a mini karafe 😂

If her machine model doesn’t come with it then I don’t believe it’s an option to add to a machine because it’s not part of the original equipment

  14. My regular ol pop+ came with one? You sure it’s not missing it??

I have an extra one from when they replaced mine. You can have it, just pay shipping. I also have an extra water tank and drip tray for the pop+

Former boutique employee here—I’d always refer to them as buckets when giving tutorials to customers. Not an official name by any means but it made sense and conveyed the function of the piece well!

  17. I accidentally threw mine out and contacted them through the app and they sent it out free. It was within 12 months of purchase so I’m not sure if a warranty was part of that. (Also in Australia).

  18. Idk but if you don’t clean it often it will mold 😣

It’s the place where you can go to find out why you don’t have any money. Because you spent it all on Nespresso pods and all that’s left to show are these dried up, dead planet-polluting carcasses. They say you can recycle them, but really??? For the amount of money it costs to actually buy a sleeve of pods, the least they could do was insure that they’re not USED!

According to he manual for my Ninja Coffee/Nespresso machine it’s just called the “capsule bin”
