I’m back after making my attempt at the Roast Pork sandwich. Couldn’t find decent Italian hoagie rolls, so I opted to make my own bread since I’ve been on a baking kick lately. Was able to find Cooper’s Sharp cheese. And as for the beef, there was a weekend sale for whole beef tenderloin- broke that down into various parts and froze the chain and tail to slice thinly on a mandoline (I know it’s not the preferred cut for this, but I’ve used it before and absolutely loved it)

    Looks great! I’m guessing it’s probably better than anything you can purchase in FL… Not my preference for a cheesesteak but GREAT grab on the tenderloin at that price!
