I cannot recommend these enough. I tried keto bagels and HATED them. They tasted like sadness. When I bought this brand and saw they were 110 calories per bagel, my expectations were very low. When I tried one… life changing. Absolutely delicious. Put one or two light laughing cow cheese wedges on for an extra 25-50 calories, and you're set. I cannot believe that these are over half the calories of a regular bagel. They're not tiny, either!!!!
