    Tasted amazing!
    I added Lao Gan Ma Chili Crisp to the shrimp and toasted the sesame seeds.
    Next time, I will definitely use my rice cooker instead of a pot so my rice doesnt get soggy. I also forgot to wash the rice, which resulted in a gooey like texture instead of light and fluffy.
