   I’ve tried to make every burger on the spectrum with every topping and found… the simplest burger is best.

   Having said that…guac on a burger with sharp cheddar cheese cannot be beat. Yours look great. Nice work

   Instead of chips, next time make a whole tostada topped with refried beans, pico, guac, lettuce, and crema, and just set her right on top of the meat and cheese. Switch that bacon out for chorizo or ham and you got yourself an hamburguesa.
