I had a hamburger in the fridge that needed cooking before going bad, I made a not 100% correct ragù alla bolognese, broken and browned the burger, added tomato paste (didn't have passata or actual tomatoes) and a bit of water, after a while about a glass of milk, cooked altogether for about 3 hours, didn't have tagliatelle either, instead of using spaghetti I went with fusilli, all in all It was very tasty.

(I Know it's not supposed to be this red, my bolognesi Brothers, but here in Napoli we make it a bit more tomato-y, also since I only had concentrato it was a bit hard to gauge how much to put)
