    ~130g chicken hand torn to chunks

    1 large cucumber chopped into bits

    Sauce:

    – 1tbsp soy sauce

    – 0.5tbsp dark chinese vinegar

    – 0.5tbsp oyster sauce

    – 1 tbsp laoganma/chili oil of choice

    – 2 cloves of garlic, minced

    – 1 slice of ginger, minced

    – sugar, salt and sichuan pepper powder to taste

    if you don’t like the flavour of raw garlic and ginger, you can fry them off in the chili oil until aromatic
