We make a beer reduction, onion, red pepper and raspberry jam for a burger at my place. He ordered twice the red peppers we normally need, in addition to ordering the wrong size burrata for a separate dish. So tonight the snack I devised was;

Flame roasted red peppers, with olive oil, parsley, s&p, combine with some smashed confit garlic. Toasted baguette slices with garlic butter. Finish with burrata and a bit of the garlic confit oil mixed with balsamic. We were SLAMMED all the way up to 15min till closing last night and everyone needed a pick-me-up to have the energy to finish out the day. Raided the fridge and this is what I came up with (:
