Was gifted a wheel of cheese over half a year ago (dont remember it’s name sadly), decided to leave temporarily half of it in my garage and forgot about it until now. There’s a bit of mold outside but looks perfect on the inside. Is it safe to eat (tastes just like parmesan)?
