  1. While you missed a spot or two; pretty fucking fantastic job considering you don’t do it often!

Read: missed a spot or two: a spot or two could be shinier. that’s it. It looks pretty fucking good.

Your grease trap is gnarly. Have you ever tried giving a shit? Pretty mid.

    Edit: This is sarcastic af

  3. Opening shift will still be like “wtf closed” lol.

  4. MrPanda663

    Internet: Looks amazing good work.

The AM shift clocking in tomorrow: WHO LEFT THE GRILL DIRTY? GOD, some people.

  5. Puggleofchaos

I had this same thing happen to me! I had never closed that station and ended up with several nasty burns and still wasn’t as clean as that! Good job 👍

  6. Luminosity-Logic

Looks like y’all need some more business lol, unless you had an hour to spare to work on it

  7. Atta boy for giving a crap!
Would this fly as a normal close in my kitchen? No.

Would I be happy it was done this well if someone who never does it had to due to PM cook having an emergency etc? Hell Yeah!

  8. DatsunTigger

Fan fuckin’ tastic my dude. If I found out you did this I’d buy you a beer

  9. HashSlingingSloth

Bro this is one of the shinest, non-adderall-smacked up flattops.

Fuck the haters this is beautiful. And probably done in a reasonable amount of time to boot.

  10. Either you dont use the grill all day or you spent 3 hours cleaning the grill. What chemicals did you use?

  11. srirachacoffee1945

Looks great, but at most places that would be doing too much if the blades are on the dull side or chemical use has been high the last week or two. As long as there isn’t any burned crap/carbon/food on it, then you’re good.

  12. SadisticJake

New hire grill cook? Do it again. FOH stepping up to fill in behind the line? You’re doing the lord’s work

  13. You can’t post a new grill and fool us. Anyone expecting better is a fool

  14. ChewzaName

Not fooling me, you’re in an equipment store.

  15. TantorDaDestructor

With a grill bricks and some towels in 20 min this is great- and some diluted lemon juice to wipe dry and a coat of oil to finish and you would be overkill perfect
