    69° for an hour and 9 minutes….lather them in olive oil post bath and be sure to swallow those babies whole.

    Just have the dog sit on them for a few hours and enjoy.

  5. I would reverse sear, then finish in the pan with some clarified butter and serve with an aged chianti.
