First ever risotto? Nice! I fucked it up the first 3 times I ever made it (taste was good but consistency was def not there). Wasn’t until my 3rd professional kitchen job where the chef taught me, and everything just clicked for me lmao. Was 24 at the time, I’m 27 now and feel like I could just do it in my sleep at this point
