🌟In today’s video I’ll be sharing one of my Holiday/Thanksgiving recipes which is my Roasted Butternut Squash Salad Recipe. Not only is this super easy, but with that homemade maple dressing, this salad becomes gourmet and elegant. Enjoy with your Thanksgiving favorites, and let me know how it turns out for you.

🌟Ingredients List for your convenience:
⅓ of a butternut squash
½ of a red onion
1 tsp of olive oil
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
1 tsp of onion/garlic powder
1 tsp dried oregano

Maple Dressing:
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup pure maple syrup
½ fresh lime
dijon mustard,½-1 tsp
black pepper to taste
1 tsp of mixed herb seasoning
½ tsp of dried oregano
half tsp of granulated garlic
salt to taste
mixed greens as needed
pomegranate seeds, as needed

  2. Heck Yes!!!! Wait, air fryer to roast your squash? Hmm.. Gonna definitely have to get the better half involved lol Simple, elegant(as you so eloquently put), delicious, and hearty/healthy.     Seriously. I never make anyone else's banana bread. Except for yours, full proof 100% every time.
