Recreate Disney’s Tomato Bisque from Epcot’s Sunshine Seasons. The quick service restaurant no longer has the Tomato bisque soup on the menu , but we wanted to recreate a classic recipe from the past for you to create at home. Ingredients
4 Tablespoons Butter
1 Large diced Onion
Two 28 oz cans Diced Tomatoes
2 Tablespoons and Garlic
1 Tablespoon of Sugar
2 Tablespoons of fresh Basil or (2 teaspoons of dried Basil)
2 Cups of Chicken Broth
6 Cups Water
1/2 cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste
