It sat in the fridge with some garlic salt, lemon pepper, onion powder, and asada seasoning on it for a few hours, then pan seared on my shitty apartment convection stove with some clarified butter. After resting internal temp was around 140-145 so just slightly over cooked 😅

Next time marinade it for a couple of hours and it’ll be even more tender. Specifically with citrus. I suck at conventional stove cooking with flank or even skirt. My poor mans grill is where it’s at. Flippity flip
Cooking is great, but you should cut flank steak on the bias.
I hope she meant with the leftovers the next day.
