Pork filet with Bulgogi sauce, roasted vegetables and lemon rice. One of our favorites! (With modifications of course)

I think the pork filets are one of the best cuts you can get. In this case I had a whole one so I froze the ones delivered, but we’ll eat those soon too. I also added some extra vegetables and some of this-or-that to the sauce that I had lying around. A little more can make a good meal great!
