Is that a bite or did they just grab what they wanted and left it? I remember my first real rage meltdown. I came into an absolutely filthy kitchen and the not only was there a sheet tray with a single hot dog on it on the prep rack but also one with half eaten chicken bones and all on another. I fully deep cleaned the entire kitchen and the dish room and then I left for the day. My manager was pissed but they let that situation happen many times and I just couldn’t take it anymore.
