I haven’t tried it yet β it’s hard to find in Europe, but I make my own tofu omelet/scrambled ‘eggs’ π
I keep it simple: I crumble tofu with a fork, add a little water or soy milk if I have it (which I usually donβt), then mix in turmeric, pepper, kala namak, and extra veggies (usually onion/leeks and mushrooms). Delicious!

I tried it at Christmas when we traditionally had bacon/sausage, eggs, and hash browns for breakfast, we did it all vegan. It was surprisingly good for scrambled eggs. That said, I don’t love the ingredients and am avoiding processed foods in general so I haven’t had any since and probably won’t until next Christmas.
