Picked up a couple racks at Aldi. Seasoned with Blazing Star BBQ Pork'n rub. Jealous Devil briquettes and hickory wood blocks. Bro n sear. 3 hour cook, 10 mins to set Head Country Original BBQ sauce.

    Sigh. There’s 8″ of snow in my backyard and I’ve reached the point in the year where the novelty of winter grilling has worn off. I just want to smell charcoal smoke mingling with the scent of freshly cut grass again.

    Also, yes, come August I’ll be bitching about it being too hot to stand in front of a grill and getting excited for fall. But today this picture looks like paradise.
