Ok so maybe I burned it a bit but it still tasted great, was super filling and has sooo much protein:
* 210g liquid egg whites (120 cal, 23g protein)
* 150g full-fat cottage cheese (180 cal, 23g protein)
* A full head of broccoli (~60 cal, 4.5g protein)
* 1/2 red onion (~22 cal, 0.5g protein)
* 1 roma tomato (~25 cal, 1g protein)
* Cooking spray for air fryer (~5 cal)
* Seasoning (used the Costco spice blend of red and black pepper, salt, and garlic powder)
TOTAL: 410 calories, 52g protein
