True. And the beef looks great. I would just say that I remember getting yakiniku in Korea decades ago. The beef was leaner but it was always cooked on charcoal. And served with 3 kinds of kimchee. Yum!!

Please tell me it’s not Gyukaku? No offense, I’m from LA and haven’t been back in 10 years but when I was there Gyukaku was gross, the one on Olympic Blvd.
