👀 chicken came out amazing on this @greenmountaingrills peak prime! The grill ran smooth throughout the entire cook and the Texas blend pellets put an awesome smoke flavor on these halves.

That should score high on appearance for sure.

Looks great but can’t be comp if it’s pellet ran lol I own a pellet smoker too. I don’t know why they allow pellet smokers in comps.

And might I add, that is one fine-lookin’ boy you are raising!!

Beautiful! Question, is that little window actually functional? I would assume after a few long smokes the answer is no, but what do I know…?

Good god man I would kill for that recipe

How does the GMG grill actually cook? Everything about it’s specs and features intrigue me, but I’m in a cold environment for half the year, heat retention is a big issue up here around this time of year. Anything break yet on it?

Looks amazing! How did you do it? (Poultry process😎)

Looks good. Is the skin crispy, or is that not a consideration?

  10. Isn’t that a pellet smoker. Most competitions don’t allow those.

Competition food=peak food? No, based on everything I’ve seen but, admittedly, not based ont he experience of having competition food.

What is the point of food you can’t actually serve on a large scale but isn’t just for friends and family?

You can see in the first frame before the filters kick in.
