Giada, you’re always beautiful, as is Jade. All purpose flour is the equivalent, I think, of the Italian flour, tipo 00, is it not? I live in NJ and Italian flour is even sold at the supermarket, but only tipo 00. I find that to get tipo 0, you need to order online.
