Few months ago my brother planted a tomato during autumn and I some how managed to keep it alive
With research throughout winter. After he forgot about this little plant I took over
I had been pouring banana water (banana peel in water for potassium) for 3 days last week but stopped (ran out of bananas) but it's mostly water now
Now idk what to do or how to help this little guy
He seemed to like bananas
Btw I named him Tom

Ignore the background, I live in a desert
Some Tomato Tone fertilizer will definitely help. Given how tall it looks, it might be root bound and need a larger pot.
This baby needs repotting into a larger pot, all the way up to the first set of leaves, some fertilizer and sunshine. Start with a few minutes a day in direct sun before slowly adding more time to get it hardened off and depending on the temperatures you should be able to transfer it outside in a few weeks. I am assuming you are in the Northern hemisphere.

Is that a mural of dumpling soup outside your window?
A non dwarf tomato plant needs 6+ hours of sunlight and a minimum of 5 gallons (20 liters) of potting mix to produce fruit.
Repot into organic potting soil in a much bigger pot.
Plant as deep as u can, ideally, 6-8 inches sticking out of soil.
Feed with organic granular tomato and vegetable food.
Needs real sun for photosynthesis
