

This was a 24 hr cold bulk ferment in the fridge and overnight cold proof as well. My first loaf ever so I had weird timing of it all, so I put it in the fridge for the bulk ferment. To compensate I let it go extra long (to 24 hrs).
On my next go I will try a 10-12 hour counter bulk ferment. Any suggestions on other changes to make are always welcome. Thanks 🙂

Can you share your recipe?! This looks amazing!
I love the photo of the little hand getting stuck into the bread. Kids love homemade bread and no doubt you will be requested to make more and frequently!
