# Instructions
1. Prepare spaghetti as per packet instructions 2. Meanwhile, drain the oil from the tinned tuna into a pan and turn heat to high 3. Add the onion and heat for 3 minutes or until onion begins to brown 4. Add the garlic, anchovies, and tuna, and heat for an additional two minutes – stir frequently to prevent sticking to the pan 5. Take off of heat and combine tuna mixture with lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley, and drained pasta 6. Serve with parmesan, capers, extra parsley, and chilli flakes if desired
