Never had hanger steak before and i thought it was fantastic. Tender like filet but better flavor. I wanted to char it more but i set off the smoke detectors in the apartment

    A great one should be toothsome and yet tender. I find a slight liver flavor. It loves miso, sesame, and citrus.

    I’m just looking close at the cuts and I by no means criticizing b/c it looks great. But is it cut in the right direction? Don’t flame me, I’m def not a pro just curious
