My first time trying escobar at the servers recommendation. It was peak to say the least. Tonight id say escobar > salmon > shrimp/tuna > crab. The crab tasted too fishy I wouldnt get it again.

I like escolar but in quantity, it can lead to potty runs. There is an indigestible wax in it that can cause diarrhea.
But it has kind of a rich taste. Might I recommend toro (fatty tuna), salmon belly, if you want to try some different tastes, maybe shime saba (cured mackerel) or unagi (freshwater eel), for other rich tasting options. Hamachi is also fairly fatty.
