    Meal Prepped 6 Breakfast Bowls, 3 with diced ham steak and 3 with sliced Amylu Chicken Sausage.

    Breakfast Bowls (6 Servings Total):

    * 1200g Diced Red Potato
    * 312g Bell Peppers
    * 200g Onion
    * 12 Eggs
    * 7 TB Olive Oil
    * 2 tsp Sea Salt
    * 4.25 Oz Mexican Cheese

    Per Serving of Breakfast Bowl:

    * 2.6 Oz Ham Steak **OR** 3 Links Chicken Sausage

    Total Cost per Bowl:

    * Ham : $3.21
    * Chicken Sausage: $2.49

    Also Meal Prepped 12 English Muffin Sandwiches, 6 with Tyson Sausage Patties and 6 with Canadian Bacon.

    English Muffin Sandwiches:

    * 1 English Muffin
    * 1 Egg
    * 1 Slice Kraft Cheese
    * 3/4 Tbsp Country Crock Spread
    * Pinch of Salt
    * 3 Slices Canadian Bacon **OR** 1 Sausage Patty

    Note: Nutrition for Sausage Patty might be skewed as excess fat is drained. Nutrition is for full fat.

    Total Cost per Sandwich:

    * Canadian Bacon: $1.70
    * Sausage: $1.29

    Great f*cking idea with the vacuum sealed sandies. Love that idea. Save space in the freezer. Nice one.

    Usually when I consume processed foods wrapped in plastic it’s because I’m in a time crunch. I can’t even imagine spending this much time and effort to meal prep food that isn’t even healthy, and that is full of so much plastic waste.
