First off, this was something I had been thinking about since last night 😂 which is why it’s my breakfast. I’m a mom of three so meal time doesn’t really usually exist for me except dinner and that’s not always the case🤪
So I air fried my potatoes until they were extra crispy and seasoned them SO good it’s like croutons 🤤 such good crunch.
I finely shredded my cheese so a little goes much further!
I also like to take my favorite high calories dressings and thin them out with water so I don’t lose the taste and it goes further for less. If it’s cloudy looking you have too much water and the flavor will be lacking. I do wish I would have done this with ranch instead😅

If you have the time – making sauces/dressings with greek yogurt is a game changer for me personally and takes less than 5 min for a weeks worth of sauce.
Ranch is similar to Tzatziki: greek yogurt mixed with lemon juice and dill (salt and pepper to taste). If you want to get fancy add chopped cucumber and garlic. All ingredients mentioned – for a 1oz serving is only 26 calories with 2g protein.
You can change up the flavor to make a spicy jalepeno sauce, garlic dip, etc.
