Greetings burger lovers!
A new batch of hamburger buns and a new cheeseburger today.
Buns are made with buckwheat/wheat flour. Recipe posted yesterday under our username here.
Inside we have:
- a double ground beef patty
- layers of gouda cheese
- sweet and sour grilled onions (butter, sugar and wine vinegar)
- slices of mortadella
- a scrambled egg
- salt and cracked black pepper
- estragon mustard
Many aromas and textures going on at once, a delicious homemade product.

That’s a delicious looking burger. I can practically smell the buttery onions. I’m hungry….
Edit: and good job on the presentation. The burger sliced in halve to show it’s not overcooked.
