Has anyone ever come across a recipe for shrimp tsukemen similar to the dish served at this restaurant?

I've been searching the Internet for one but have only found either tsukemen recipes or shrimp ramen recipes, not the combo!

Ugh that’s my favorite tsukemen place ever. Was there a year ago, well worth the line wait.

As for the recipe, I’d be interested too.

probably look up croatian brudet. do some combo of that + shrimp paitan + shio tare should do the trick.

  3. IMO it’s impossible to know if a recipe is similar to a restaurant unless you’ve been to the restaurant and found a recipe that gets close.

That being said, this is how I would approach making a shrimp tsukemen with tomato.

I’d start with a standard tsukemen recipe like this one https://youtu.be/J18o5atHUf8?si=b_EhL_CccRNTZM0e

and add a can of tomato’s in with the rest of my aromatics, before the bonito flakes. Strain the broth, then use it to simmer whole shrimps. I’d separate the heads and put them in a mesh bag as well as devein the tails before putting them in the broth. I’d also save half of my tails to marinade and fry as a topping when serving. If i wanted it to be super shrimpy id probably add dried shrimp and shrimp paste at this time. Once the shrimp is sufficiently broken down, blend with the strained aromatics and some chicken feet like normal. Roast or sauté some cherry tomato’s and some of the reserved shrimp tail and add to the broth when serving.
