Episode 7 Mistakes Count: 100 MIstakes (56 Service Mistakes)
Blue team: 56 mistakes, 44 service mistakes – LOSING TEAM
J – EJECTED- 33 mistakes, 28 service mistakes (phallic presentation, very simple, lacked creativity, bland, lost point, preparation of rice from both kitchens, soggy rice because everything was cooked in the same pan, chef had to remove risotto from the menu, raw fish on the pass, ruined everything it touched, burned fish trying to seal it, sweating a lot, forgot sauce on the pass, it's not good enough, didn't wake up when chef asked, delay with the scallops, burnt and rubbery scallops, ruined four more plates and left kitchen in a hole)
Ben – 13 mistakes, 10 service mistakes (inferior dish and lost point, needed help because it was sinking, delay with the meat, cold wellingtons in the pass, kept opening the oven and argued with chef that it's impossible, should have put in the other oven, put the wellingtons on a dirty tray, he didn't nominated himself when he had the worst performance on the blue team)
Lacey – 9 mistakes, 6 service mistakes (vegetable undercooked and elastic, lost point, slow preparation, put it in the oven with paper, threatened to quit if they started to fight, couldn't find fennel, said she gave up and left the kitchen, needs to be a team player)
Robert – 1 mistake (portion too big)
Red team: 33 mistakes, 12 service mistakes
LA – 11 mistakes, 6 service mistakes (dish looks and tastes like a sink full of dirty dishes, tasteless, almost like camel piss, lost point, was missing a sauce in the pass, communication, did not answer chef, seemed to be sleeping, was going to cook all the fish in a frying pan, very slow)
Carol – 9 mistakes, 4 service mistakes ( confused balsamic sauce with soy sauce even after tasting, didn't add sauce and it was dry, lost point, undercooked pasta came back, didn't control her station, tasted it and still let raw pasta go through)

Lacey – EJECTED – 28 mistakes, 23 service mistakes (didn't know it wasn't scallops or steak, mushrooms, liver, broccoli, communication, times, delay in the meat, kept saying she didn't know, told chef she didn't know, she needed help in the meat station, frying pan flaming very high and lost the chicken, she started crying, said she doesn't know how to cook meat, said she was confused but didn't speak, she didn't know which of the wellingtons was well-done, she kept repeating she can't cook meat, long times, was overloaded, poorly cut lamb in the pass, said she didn't know how and it's not good enough)
Robert – 11 mistakes, 2 service mistakes (didn't know it wasn't scallops or steak, complimented the steak that it was tuna, confused turnip with cauliflower and broccoli, peas, lobster, truffle, there was no water on the table, portion too large , pants ripped
Ben -9 mistakes, 3 service mistakes (he didn't know it wasn't scallops or steak, he praised the scallops which were actually fish, steak, he was scared by the flash and knocked over the drinks tray, he wasn't helping Robert, he wanted to take over the station, burned his hand trying to help Lacey with her wellingtons
Danny – 7 mistakes (he didn't know it wasn't scallops or steak, salt, chicken, last ingredient and he lost the challenge to his team, he didn't serve women first)
Red team: 55 mistakes, 29 service mistakes – LOSING TEAM
Carol -18 mistakes, 13 service mistakes (didn't know it wasn't scallops or steak, she praised the textures and flavors, broccoli, the meat took too long, the oven was too low, it took too long, communication, she took it on the pass without the rest of the order being ready , lambs came back very undercooked, cut the wellington and it wasn't ready, delayed the kitchen, lost the chicken,
