   Would you kindly share the recipe, please? I, too, would like to taste this gorgeous specimen of a coffee cake.

   It visually reminds me of my favorite coffee cake at a restaurant in Fargo, ND, that no longer exists.

    I’d love to try that. Here coffee cake is a cake flavoured with coffee, and usually walnuts. Also good but less subtle I think!

    How’s the coffee strength on this recipe? I recently baked Claire Saffitz’s version of this, and while it was light and fluffy, I wished it had a stronger coffee flavor.

    If you like coffee cakes, try these [coffee cake cookies](https://www.thepalatablelife.com/gilmore-girls-coffee-cake-cookie/), they are amazing. Double the batch, not the streusal. They don’t make many.

    I got a coffee cake recipe from a co-worker. It was her grandma’s and it’s so basic but so damn good. My husband asks for it at least once a month.
