I am no food photographer but this was a yummy day 🙂

Breakfast: Toast with cottage cheese & Just Egg (real eggs upset my tummy), frozen (thawed) raspberries
Lunch: Oh Snap Macro’s burger salad
Dinner: Skinnytaste Korean beef (except I used ground turkey), air fried potatoes and steamed broccoli
Snackies: Protein coffee, built puff bar, plain nonfat Greek yogurt with some vanilla bean paste & stevia drops, and of course a Trader Joe’s coffee brownie bite 😋

136g of protein which is more than I need but feels good for me.
