Tzatziki Dip:
Cool, creamy, and bursting with Mediterranean flavor, Tzatziki is a classic Greek dip made with thick Greek yogurt, freshly grated cucumber, lemon juice, and a touch of fresh dill or mint. Its refreshing taste and smooth texture make it the perfect accompaniment to grilled meats, pita bread, fresh vegetables, or even as a tangy sandwich spread. Light, zesty, and oh-so-versatile, Tzatziki is a crowd-pleaser that brings a burst of freshness to any meal or snack.

Ingredients:
1 cup greek yoghurt
½ continental cucumber, halved and deseeded
1 garlic clove, crushed
½ tablespoon chopped chives
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Pinch of salt
Method:
Place yoghurt in a sieve lined with muslin over a bowl and stand for 5-10 minutes to allow the excess liquid to drain away.
Meanwhile, finely grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture by placing between paper towels and squeezing.
Place the yoghurt in a bowl and combine the yoghurt, cucumber, garlic, chives, olive oil, salt and lemon juice and mix well.
Serve with veggie sticks.
Additional Tip:
Cover and place in fridge for a day before serving to allow flavours to develop.

Styling Tip: Serve tzatziki dip in a shallow bowl, spreading it evenly for a smooth presentation. Drizzle a little olive oil on top and garnish with a few fresh dill sprigs or a sprinkle of cracked black pepper. Surround the bowl with warm pita bread slices on a rustic wooden board or platter for a vibrant, inviting look. Add a few lemon wedges on the side for a fresh finishing touch.
