I got my starter from my MIL like 9 months ago (just a weeeee baby 🥲) and I have become a cracker FIEND. Whenever I feed Dalton (yes we named it) I try to make crackers because they’re so easy and INSANELY good.

Discard. Salt. Tsp avocado or olive oil. As much garlic, paprika and cayenne powder as you want and ALL THE SHARP CHEDDAR! I mix everything well and spread it on parchment. I like to do a final sprinkle of maldon sea salt flakes. I bake the sheet at 350 for 12 min, flip the sheet and then cut it and then bake at 300 for like 20 min just checking and occasionally flipping til they’re browned.

They’re like crack. So so good.

    Yep. Don’t misinterpret ‘All the sharp Cheddar’ as ‘use quite a bit’. These are soooo good and even better if you use ALL the Cheddar.
