Yeah I think I have this exact one and it works great

That’s the exact one I use

Sure is. It’s what typically is used in restaurants.

Yep I use them in various sizes all the time. Cambro rocks for SV

Yes, I have a number of Cambros and use them regularly. And that’s the good kind because it’s safe up to 210°F, so it can be used for high temp cooks as well. The cloudy ones are only good up to 160°F.

As others have said it’s the exact one Ive been using for years.

A cambro, you say

I use winco brand and they work as well. Lids are $4 so cut one to fit my original Anova.

Cambros can handle boiling water it’s fine

I mean all it has to do is withstand heat. Your food is safe inside a bag anyway…

Yep. I use a Cambro a few sizes larger, but it’s held up for years.

Could you share what your concern is? I unfortunately stepped away from SV due to not liking the mix of heat and plastic in regards to micro and nano plastics. If that doesn’t concern you then this should be fine.
Before I quit I had used everything from a cooler, to a tub. Neat little devices. I’m hoping to get foil bags as a possible alternative. I didn’t like that fact that silicone still releases a ton, even if inert.

You might want to put something between the container and your countertop to absorb the heat, as some people have damaged their counters with a setup like that.
