ya killed it aside from the tittyfucking of the quinoa, not sure what that was all about 🧐

Looked amazing until the fake rice and the Shrek cum

  3. It looks fantastic. If I was served this I would be stoked.

Since you’re asking for tips though, it’s mostly medium rare except for a few pockets of rare that go across a few of the slices. Maybe just a little more time if you’re shooting for medrare.

Some people are weird about steaks and if you serve them a bit of rare they won’t even eat the rest of it until it’s recooked

The steak looks fine, except for whatever the hell that green stuff is. My dog had diarrhea that looked like that once. We had to put it down.

Thought the quinoa was kief for a second. Steak looks delicious!

How do you get a steak to come out like this???

Doesn’t look like you need any help for that steak. Personally I’d serve it with veg instead of carb. Veg tastes so good cooked like a steak.

Steak cook is great- but you’ve some space around the edge for some additional quinoa. What the hell is that neon green shit?

Little rare, and bastardized with quinoa. Keep the steak on its own plate maybe with mash or veggies but you can’t just lay it on a bed of starchy shit

Also you cut with the grain instead of against it which to me makes a hugeee difference

You want some steak with your quinoa? Steak looks great though

Your meat deserves better than a quinoa perm and green makeup 🤣

Don’t let the purists get you down, a well made sauce is always acceptable if that’s what you want.

This looks great! Why is everybody hating on quinoa?

Honest question for this sub, but what’s with the super clean plates with no juice? I recognize it looks pretty sharp, but not a lot beats soaking up steak juice with my potato or broccoli.

  16. Looks great! I usually cut across the grain though.

So cut it in half long ways, then cut slices from those pieces
