This was so good! My boyfriend is Jamaican so there was a little bit more pressure to make it taste great but judging by his empty plates, I succeeded ☺️ My only thing is that I definitely struggled with breaking down the half-chicken that was sent in this meal. I wasn’t proud of my chicken cuts since I’m NOT a butcher, but the flavor was 10/10 👌🏾

Canadian subscriber here. My mom is Trinidadian and I know she would KILL to try this. We get a lot of generic “Caribbean” meals that she loves but it doesn’t quite hit the spot.
I wanted to try it but that calorie count 😭 I should’ve just said screw it. YOLO, etc. Oh well
