


Followed this recipe:
BUT for flour, did
-350g organic KA bread flour
-100g Bob's stone ground dark rye
-50g organic KA whole wheat flour
Instead of the prescribed 500g bread flour.
Also – used the grid thing in the third pic and found this to be the only way to prevent the bottom from burning.
