KJ has revived my reddit account

I was on hiatus for I don't know how long but I've been on the prowl for a ceramic kamado joe, bought one, and now I need to contribute to the KJ community. Was dead set on, at a minimum, KJ Big Joe or Primo XL Oval. I was stalking this floor model KJ Classic 1 at Lowes here, I kept coming back to it to stand there in Lowes and admire it's well built construction while convincing myself that I needed the Big Joe. Then it went on a closeout sale for $500 so I couldn't resist and put it in the back of my SUV. Definitely still getting the big joe or oval down the road but she's a beaut and is doing everything I need. Ive been grilling and smoking for the last 10 years but not on a kamado! Here's a few of my last cooks (4 pork butts on right now – just shy of 30lbs)
