Tasted amazing. I followed the above recipe though used slightly different vegetables and quantities. I used Yutaka organic konjac noodles and the following:
pak choi 57.5g 11 calories
chicken(uncooked) 240g 278 calories
carrot 97g 35 calories
onion 41g 42 calories
white cabbage 232.5g 65 calories
konjac noodles(drained) 200g 20 calories
Total cooked 660g of food with only 452 calories.
Very high in fibre and protein
