

I made prezels today for the first time! Boiled in a baking soda solution for 30 seconds, and then I got so excited I absolutely forgot to add salt on top! Well, next batch for sure..
What do we think? Good colour? Should they have cracked so much?

Looks awesome! I started making pretzels at the end of last year and now I’m addicted to making them every week. Salted or not they’re a yummy snack to have available. Keep up the good work!
