Recipe:
– cut up some asparagus and chives, put to the side
– take your fish of choice and add salt and pepper, rub it down
– take mayonnaise and slather the skin side of the fish down, and then coat with panko bread crumbs
– add oil to a pot and heat, and then add risotto and let it toast for about 2-3 min
– add water and mirepoix(or broth) concentrate; let it cook on low heat for ~20 min
– oil another pan and let it heat up
– add in your fish and cook through
– when risotto is done, add in mozzarella cheese, butter, garlic salt, and cut up asparagus
– plate your dish, and top with chopped chives
