Is that protein powder and greek yogurt? Cause that’s what I do when I’m craving a pudding. I top it off with frozen berries

I hear people like mixing that with silken tofu

Got tired of putting together this microwaveable mug cake I’ve been making every night, so I looked for an easy recipe to prep for the week. I did a large batch of the pictured recipe, so a 32 oz container of Greek yogurt, 8 scoops of Kirkland chocolate whey powder, 3/4 cup of sugar free syrup, 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa, and a 1/4 cup of fat free milk. Should have thrown in some vanilla since I could only find plain yogurt, but I’ll know for next time. Happy to have a macro friendly dessert I can just grab and throw something on top of

Try the Ghost Nutter Butter protein powder. Incredible.

Not protein powder, but have you tried mixing peanut butter powder into vanilla Greek yogurt? I do this and top it with a little bit of jam; it’s great and decent on the calories!

Sometimes I’ll take a fairlife chocolate nutrition plan and mix in sugar free chocolate pudding mix and it tastes just like normal pudding. The pudding mix adds maybe 30 cal?

Mix a bit of lite cool whip with it. Game changer

Try fair life chocolate milk. Probably the most delicious chocolate milk I’ve ever had
