I’ve been realizing eating low calorie mess doesn’t have to be sad in the last couple months and I’ve really enjoyed challenging myself to create lighter versions of the foods I used to eat! This is my attempt at low calorie vegetarian nachos 🙂

Lettuce 25g(4cal)
30g red bell pepper(9cal)
2tbsp Salsa Verde w 1 minced serano (12cal)
2tbsp unsweetened greek yogurt w half a lime (22cal)
Homemade Cilantro Lime Yogurt Dressing (40cal)
175g red potatoes(126cal)
Shredded Havarti 15g (60cal)
Pam spray (10cal)
2 lime wedges(10cal)
Garnishes(2cal)

Total (295cal)

    That looks very tasty but I think you actually made a salad! Nachos usually requires some kind of chip.
