Sandwich and Salad Chain Mendocino Farms is opening up two new locations in Austin late this year early next year.

Can't say I'm exactly thrilled to have another fast casual chain taking over spaces that were one local favorites, but here we are.

They'll be opening up in the old Waterloo IceHouse/ Oakmont space on 38th and ostensibly where the Kerby Lane is on William Cannon near the Costco.
