That beef looks fantastic, but I’ve never understood the standard of adding shredded iceberg to a sandwich. You can get better texture and taste out of just about anything else.

The beef looks great. The only thing I don’t like is the cheese. It looks like plasticy American cheese with that shine. If this had provolone or Swiss on it, it would be perfect for me.
