Looks fantastic! My absolute fav cut of meat. Costco is my go-to on those. I like to pair with some grilled garlic bread or naan and asparagus.

Correct me if I’m wrong, I’m not from the US, but I have heard lamb isn’t really a popular choice of meat there. Any truth to that statement??

Looks fantastic! I can also highly recommend marinating in Korean bulgogi marinade, which is uncommon but, I guarantee, is remarkably delicious.
